We are a small travel service company focused on making travel to China affordable for people with ordinary incomes. When designing our travel models, we carefully coordinate and balance different travel expenses so that customers can fulfill their dream of visiting China within a limited budget.

The core of our business is providing services that customers genuinely need. For service items that customers can easily handle by themselves, we keep the choice entirely in their hands. Customers are free to decide whether to spend on these items, enabling them to manage their budget effectively. Our business has always focused on providing travel solutions for ordinary-income travelers. However, some clients have also expressed interest in fully customized travel services. Even though high-end customized tours are widely available in the market, many clients still prefer our company because of our attentive service, reliable quality, and practical budget planning.

As a result, we eventually developed our own fully customized travel model. This model is similar to the personalized services offered by other travel agencies. Our advantage lies in our own resource allocation and supply, which allows us to offer more affordable prices compared to other travel service suppliers. This is a relatively high-end service model we offer.

Our fully customized travel model allows clients to design their entire itinerary at will. You may go anywhere you like with no fixed schedules or preset arrangements. Simply share your travel ideas, and we will arrange everything accordingly. Next, let us walk you through the process of our fully customized travel model, as well as the services we provide at each stage of the process.

Passport Application

Applying for a passport is the first step of any international trip and one of the most fundamental parts of travel preparation. It is used for immigration clearance, identity verification, visa applications, and various identity checks during overseas travel.

If you do not yet have a passport, we will guide you through the complete application process so that you can clearly understand each step. Generally, the process begins with confirming your eligibility for a first-time application. You will then need to prepare the required documents, including a valid ID and compliant passport photos.

After that, you can make an appointment through the online platform or service counter of the local exit-entry administration authority. On the appointment day, you will visit the designated office to complete the application form, submit your documents, and provide biometric data, including photos and fingerprints. Finally, you will pay the required fees and enter the review and passport issuance process, waiting for your passport to be issued.

If you already have a passport, we will also assist you with a basic pre-travel check. This includes confirming that your passport is still valid, with at least six months' validity remaining; ensuring there are enough blank pages for visas and entry stamps; and checking whether the passport information page has any damage or unusual conditions. These basic checks help ensure a smooth and trouble-free travel experience.

Travel Planning

Since our fully customized travel model features travel arrangements tailored entirely to your preferences, there are no fixed routes or mandatory schedules. Instead of limiting your trip with pre-arranged plans, our focus during the consultation stage is to better understand your personal travel ideas and actual needs.

At this stage, you only need to share your general travel plans with us, such as your expected travel dates, length of stay, preferred cities or regions, number of travelers, and your overall ideas for the trip. Whether you already have a clear itinerary in mind or or just want to take a casual trip and make plans along the way, both are completely fine.

Based on your plans, we will help you check and recommend suitable entry cities and airports, while also checking the local weather, tourist seasons and visitor flows, and verifying whether the planned destinations are open as usual or if there are any closures, maintenance, flow control measures or temporary adjustments, so as to prevent any disruption to your travel experience.

Some travelers may have little knowledge of worthwhile local sights after deciding on their arrival city. In this case, you are welcome to explore ideas yourself through AI tools or online research, and we will also also help to collect major local attractions, popular areas and various experience activities for your reference. Meanwhile, we will briefly introduce the highlights of each location, as well as what is worth seeing and doing there and the approximate time required for a visit, enabling you to make independent selections based on your personal interests.

During our communication, we will also learn about your basic travel needs and personal preferences, including your travel style—whether you prefer a relaxed, slow-paced journey or a densely scheduled itinerary—as well as your interests in natural scenery, local cuisine, history and culture, urban experiences and nightlife, any demand for shopping arrangements, your tolerance for long walks or frequent city transfers, and any special requirements you may have for accommodation, transportation and dining. This information will not limit your freedom of choice, but enable us to offer more suitable suggestions and tailored arrangements in our follow-up assistance.

For first-time visitors to China, we will typically discuss practical issues you may encounter during your trip. These include mobile payment usage, internet access, transportation options, language assistance, accommodation arrangements, luggage allowance and everyday spending habits. This helps you build a basic understanding beforehand and ensures a smoother travel experience throughout the upcoming itinerary.

Currently we have service points in many cities across the country. Therefore you may freely choose cities and regions to visit based on your personal interests, and you can also add, cut or change destinations temporarily during your trip. Our overall service model leans more toward accompanied assistance. you decide how you would like to travel, and we do our best to help make your travel plans run smoothly.

Visa Application

A visa is one of the essential requirements for entering China. The type of visa required usually depends on the purpose of your visit. For most travelers visiting China for tourism, a standard tourist visa (L Visa) is sufficient.

The whole process of applying for a tourist visa is usually not complicated, as long as you get all the relevant documents ready in advance. You generally need to prepare your passport, standard ID photos, a visa application form, and basic travel details including round-trip flight bookings, accommodation information and a simple travel itinerary. In some cases, additional supporting documents may also be required, such as financial proof, employment certificates, student certificates, or other supplementary materials. Since application requirements may vary between different countries and regions, we will tell you exactly what documents you need to prepare based on your departure location, so you can get everything arranged well in advance.

If you are applying for a Chinese visa for the first time, there is no need to worry. We will walk you through the entire process step by step, including how to book an appointment, how to fill out the application form, where to submit your documents, the normal processing time, and whether fingerprinting or an interview is required. This way, you can clearly understand every procedure instead of looking up information in a hurry at the last minute.

You can apply for a visa on your own, or get help from a travel agency or visa service provider. For most solo travelers, families, or small groups of friends, an individual tourist visa is usually sufficient. Group tourist visas are generally used for larger groups organized by travel agencies.

During the preparation process, if needed, we can also help organize some of the materials that may be used for the application, such as a simple itinerary, accommodation information, or other basic supporting documents, making the entire application process smoother.

Since processing times and efficiency may vary by region, we generally recommend starting the visa application process as early as possible. This allows for a more relaxed schedule and helps avoid any issues caused by insufficient time close to departure.

Flight Booking

After your visa has been issued, you can start arranging your flight booking. We generally recommend choosing round-trip tickets when possible,as they are usually more cost-effective and easier to pass visa review and immigration inspection.Flight tickets usually account for a large part of the overall travel budget, so it is important to balance travel time and cost. Factors such as departure time, layovers, flight duration, and ticket price should all be considered together when making your decision. If you want to save money, you can choose connecting flights or flights at off-peak times for better prices.

There is no need to worry if you arrive late at night. China enjoys a safe public security environment, and it is safe to travel at night. After landing, you can choose our airport pick-up service, or take a taxi, online car-hailing service or airport shuttle bus. Airport shuttle buses usually operate until the last scheduled flight arrives, so transportation options are convenient and flexible.

You can book flight tickets by yourself or ask us for help. If you book on your own, please double-check your name spelling and passport information to make sure they exactly match your official documents, so as not to affect boarding and your follow-up trip. If you let us assist you, we will select suitable flight options based on your confirmed travel date, destination and personal needs for you to confirm. The flight fare and service fee can be included in the total cost and are usually paid in advance.

We also offer a flexible service mode: we only charge a service fee. We will check flight options together with you, compare different plans and pick the most suitable one, and you can complete the ticket purchase by yourself. This method helps avoid price differences across booking platforms, ensures a reasonable flight choice, and controls your flight cost well.

Please note that we cannot guarantee our reserved tickets will always be cheaper than booking on your own. But we will check all available channels and compare prices to find flights that fit your budget. Besides, the lowest price is not always the best choice. Low-cost flights may come with long layovers, inconvenient take-off and landing times, multiple transfers, limited baggage allowance and poor travel experience, so you need to weigh up all factors carefully.

Our services are mainly designed for people with average income, and we always try our best to help you save costs. We fully respect your personal choice. You are free to decide whether to use our full flight booking service or only our flight inquiry and price comparison assistance, with no mandatory service packages.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance provides basic protection for international travel and helps you handle unexpected situations during your trip. Please do not take chances. Without insurance, accidents or sudden illnesses can lead to very high medical and related expenses. For this reason, we strongly recommend arranging travel insurance before your trip.

Travel insurance is an optional service. You can purchase it on your own, or pay a service fee to let us arrange it for you. If you buy insurance yourself, you can freely choose the insurance company and coverage plan. If you ask for our help, you do not need to spend time screening and comparing by yourself. We will select and recommend suitable insurance options based on your travel dates and stay period for you to choose from.

It is recommended that your insurance covers your entire round trip. Ideally, the coverage should last one to two days longer than your actual travel time, leaving enough buffer for unexpected situations such as flight delays and itinerary changes. Before buying, please carefully check the coverage, exclusion terms and claim process to make sure the plan fits your travel needs.

Typical coverage includes accidental death and disability protection, medical expenses for accidents or sudden illness (including outpatient treatment and hospitalization), 24-hour global emergency assistance, flight delay and cancellation coverage, trip cancellation and interruption protection, baggage loss coverage, as well as protection for higher-risk activities such as diving, skiing, hiking, and surfing.

When choosing insurance, please first focus on basic protection such as medical expenses, accident protection, and emergency medical assistance, as these are the most important for international travel. Additional coverage for delays, cancellations, or lost luggage can also be added depending on your trip plans.

After purchasing insurance, please keep both a printed copy and an electronic copy of your policy and related documents, so you can check information and make claims conveniently when needed.

Luggage Preparation

Properly preparing your luggage before departure can greatly improve your comfort and convenience during the trip. Please follow the principle of "practical, necessary and simple packing". Prepare clothes and daily items according to your travel date, stay length and local climate. Avoid carrying too many unnecessary items or leaving out essential belongings.Traveling light will make your fully customized trip more flexible and enjoyable.

For the fully customized travel model, if your travel route covers long distances and includes both southern and northern cities in China, you need to fully consider the climate differences between regions and possible weather changes when packing your luggage.

When confirming your travel time, destinations and stay duration with you, we will check the weather conditions of all cities on your itinerary and share the information with you. If extreme weather is expected, we will remind you in advance and discuss whether to adjust your travel plan, so as to reduce any impact on your travel experience. You may refer to our weather and clothing suggestions to prepare your luggage properly.

The essential items to prepare include your passport and visa documents, flight tickets and itinerary confirmation, weather‑suitable clothing, common medicines and personal daily necessities, mobile phones and charging devices, as well as bank cards and credit cards. We also recommend carrying a small amount of cash as a backup for daily use.

Please keep all important documents with you at all times and store them in one place for easy access. It is also advised to save electronic copies on your phone or cloud storage, in case of loss or unexpected situations.

It is better to prepare daily clothes from home to avoid extra expenses. There is no need to worry if you do not bring enough clothes, since daily goods and clothing are widely available at reasonable prices across Chinese cities, and you can easily buy anything you need locally. You may also bring regular personal medicine, special daily items, and a small amount of simple food if you worry about adapting to local meals at the beginning of your trip.

Before your flight, please check your airline's rules on luggage weight and size limits to avoid extra fees for overweight or oversized bags. Please also learn the regulations for carry‑on and checked baggage, including restrictions on liquids, electronic devices and prohibited items, to ensure smooth security checks. Feel free to ask us if you are unsure whether an item can be taken on board.

Payment Setup

It is recommended to download WeChat and Alipay before you start your trip. These two applications are widely popular across China, covering daily shopping, everyday transport and a full range of life services.

They are more than just payment tools. You can also use them for ride hailing, map navigation, food delivery, public transport, language translation, online chatting, voice calls, video calls and social moments. You may install the applications and get familiar with basic functions ahead of time. For instance, you can add our staff's WeChat account for daily contact and communication. Most basic functions can be used normally before you enter China. Even if you are not familiar with the operation, you do not need to worry. We will guide you on how to use them after your arrival.

In accordance with local regulations, the payment functions of WeChat and Alipay cannot be activated in advance. They can only be enabled after you arrive in China. To activate payment services, you need to complete real-name verification, submit your passport information and complete official entry record validation. Payment features will become available once all required procedures are finished. For subsequent re-entry into China, there is no need to upload your passport again; you only need to update your latest entry record.

After you land in China, we will assist you through the whole setup process, including identity verification, bank card binding and account top-up, and guide you step by step throughout the operation. It does not take long for most travelers to get used to basic usage.

Mobile payment has become the mainstream payment method in most Chinese cities, and most daily consumption can be completed by simply scanning a QR code. Although cash remains legally acceptable in China, most local shops do not keep sufficient small change, which often causes inconvenience when paying with cash. We still need to take into account other scenarios where cash is necessary, such as rural and remote areas. We suggest you use mobile payment as your primary option and keep a small amount of cash as backup, to ensure smooth spending throughout your trip.

Downloading these two applications in advance is highly recommended. You can not only get in touch with our team and familiarize yourself with basic operations beforehand, but also quickly adapt to local life and spending habits after your payment functions are activated in China, making your trip more convenient and hassle-free.

Departure and Boarding

Before leaving for the airport, make sure you have all important travel documents and personal items with you, especially your passport, visa, flight tickets, itinerary documents, insurance papers, cash, and bank cards. These are the most important items for your trip and should always be kept with you at all times.

Before departure, you can also send us a message or email to let us know you are starting your journey. This allows us to prepare airport pickup, accommodation arrangements, and other follow-up services in advance, helping the rest of your trip run more smoothly.

After arriving at the airport, follow the signs to your airline's check-in counter to complete check-in and collect your boarding pass. If you have checked luggage, it can usually be handled at the same counter during check-in.

After check-in, you will proceed through security screening and departure immigration checks. It is recommended to keep your passport, visa, boarding pass, and other travel documents easily accessible so they can be shown quickly when needed.

During security screening, items such as phones, laptops, power banks, and liquids usually need to be taken out separately for inspection. Different airports and airlines may have slightly different rules regarding liquids, electronics, and carry-on luggage, so checking the requirements in advance is always helpful.

Once you pass security, you can head to the boarding gate listed on your boarding pass and wait in the designated area. It is best to stay near the gate and pay attention to airport announcements and display screens in case there are any gate changes or boarding time updates. Some international airports are quite large, and walking between gates may take time, so it is recommended to leave yourself enough time before boarding.

When boarding begins, simply follow the instructions from airport staff and present your passport and boarding pass when entering the aircraft. After boarding, find your seat and place your carry-on luggage either in the overhead compartment or under the seat in front of you.

During the flight, please continue to keep your important documents and personal belongings safe. For longer flights, you may also prepare items such as a neck pillow, headphones, or an eye mask to make the journey more comfortable.

Immigration Procedures

After landing in China, follow the airport signs to the "Immigration" area to complete entry procedures.

The first step is filling out the arrival card. All international airports in China provide self-service machines for completing and printing arrival cards. You simply follow the on-screen instructions and enter information such as your name, passport details, flight number, and address in China. After confirming everything is correct, you can print and sign the form.

Compared with handwriting the form manually, using the self-service machines is usually more convenient. The process is simple and does not require mobile internet access, so even if your phone battery is low or temporarily unavailable, it will not affect the process.

After completing the arrival card, you will usually proceed to a nearby biometric information collection machine to scan your fingerprints and facial information. This is a standard immigration procedure in China and is mainly used for identity verification and entry records, so there is no need to worry.

Next, you can line up at the immigration counters for formal entry inspection. During the process, you will need to present your passport and signed arrival card to the immigration officer and cooperate with the inspection procedures. In some cases, the officer may briefly ask about the purpose of your visit, planned length of stay, or accommodation arrangements. You can simply answer truthfully and normally.Once approved, the officer will place an entry stamp in your passport. In most cases, the overall process is fairly smooth and efficient.

After completing immigration procedures, you can proceed to the baggage claim area and collect your checked luggage from the carousel assigned to your flight.

Once you have collected your luggage, you will pass through customs inspection. If you do not have any items that require declaration, you can go through the "Nothing to Declare" channel directly. If you are carrying items that need to be declared, you should proceed to the "Goods to Declare" channel and cooperate with customs inspection if required. After completing all these procedures, you can officially leave the airport.

Airport Transfer Service

Our airport transfer service is completely optional. You are free to decide how to get to your accommodation after arrival based on personal preferences. You may choose our paid transfer service or travel there using public transportation.

If you choose our airport transfer service, we have our own vehicles available for airport pickup. No matter whether your flight arrives during the day or late at night, our staff will be at the airport in advance to meet you. We will help you leave the airport smoothly and take you to the accommodation, so you do not need to worry about arriving in a new and unfamiliar environment.

If you decide not to use the transfer service, there is also no need to worry about transportation arrangements. We will send you the detailed accommodation information in advance, including the address and basic transportation guidance, so you can go ahead there independently without difficulty.

Transportation in China is generally convenient and easy to use. No matter what time your flight arrives, there are usually several transportation options available from the airport. Taxis, ride-hailing services, and airport shuttle buses are available for late-night arrivals. During the daytime, you can also use metro and public buses in addition to these options.  With various transport options available, you can choose the most suitable and cost-effective way based on your needs, budget, and arrival time.

Based on different arrival cities, flight times, and travel situations, here are some practical suggestions.

In smaller cities, taxis and ride-hailing services may be less available, especially at night, and getting a ride can sometimes be inconvenient. In these situations, we generally recommend clients choosing our airport transfer, particularly for those arriving late or carrying more luggage, as it helps avoid transportation difficulties after landing. Our airport transfer service is also competitively priced compared to other transportation options., and the cost is already included in the total service fee, so there is no need to arrange or pay for transportation separately upon arrival.

In major cities, the metro system is widely connected and often reaches the airport directly. During the day, the metro is usually the most efficient option. It is reliable, affordable, and not affected by traffic congestion, and tickets can also be purchased with cash.Hence, if your flight arrives during the day in a major city, we would normally suggest using the metro as your first choice. Please note that metro services operate on fixed schedules and stop running at night, so this option may not be available for late-night arrivals.

Regarding to airport transportation, taxis are also a common and reliable option. They are officially regulated, and fares are clearly metered. You do not need to pay extra tips. Most taxis accept both cash and mobile payments.

In addition, ride-hailing services are also widely used. You can book a ride through apps like WeChat or Alipay by entering your pickup point and destination. The price is shown in advance, and there are no hidden fees. It is worth noting that payment for online car-hailing services usually requires the application to complete identity verification and activate the payment function before they can be used.

For this reason, if you have just arrived in China and your payment apps are not fully set up yet, we recommend using our pickup service, taking the metro (if available), or using a taxi. This is also why we suggest carrying a small amount of cash with you when packing your luggage.

Accommodation Arrangements

Under our fully customized travel model, you are free to choose between our directly managed accommodations and standard hotels. There is no fixed arrangement, and the choice depends entirely on your own travel preferences and comfort level.

Our directly managed accommodations are quite different from traditional hotels. Most of them have a more home-style atmosphere, which works especially well for families, groups of friends, or travelers who prefer a more relaxed environment. Compared with hotels, these stays usually feel more personal and connected to everyday local life rather than a standardized travel setting.

Hotels, of course, offer their own advantages as well. They tend to provide a more consistent and structured experience in terms of service, facilities, and overall operation.  Some travelers prefer this familiarity and predictability, which is also completely understandable.

One thing to keep in mind is that fully customized trips are naturally very flexible. Since you can decide where you want to go and adjust your route along the way, accommodation plans may also change during the trip. In these situations, our own accommodation resources often give us more flexibility when coordinating arrangements.

In many cases, our directly managed accommodations are also more affordable and price-stable than hotels . Hotel prices can change quite a lot depending on season, location, holidays, local events, and booking timing. Since hotel partnerships have never been our core business, we haven't established long-term fixed cooperation with hotels; hotel bookings generally need to be arranged according to real-time market availability and prices.

For trips that involve many destinations, wider travel ranges, or frequent schedule adjustments, arranging hotels can sometimes become more complicated, especially during busy travel seasons. This may also increase the overall coordination difficulty and travel cost.

That said, hotels always remain available as an accommodation option. We do not impose accommodation preferences on our clients, and we prefer to leave the final decision entirely in your hands based on your own budget, comfort expectations, and travel habits.

Although fully customized travel is not our main operating model, we still do our best to provide the highest level of support and service we can for clients who choose this style of travel.

Internet Arrangements

Under our fully customized travel mode, internet access is also something we pay close attention to. For most travelers today, staying connected has become a basic part of traveling. In an unfamiliar environment, losing internet access can quickly affect communication, navigation, payments, and access to important information.

In most cases, we will provide a portable WiFi device shortly after you arrive at the airport, so you can stay connected from the moment you land. This allows you to start using many commonly used apps in China, such as WeChat, Alipay, maps, translation tools, and navigation services.

That said, some functions may not be available immediately after arrival. For example, mobile payment services such as Alipay or WeChat Pay usually require identity verification before they can be fully activated. Because of this, we generally recommend heading to your accommodation first and completing the setup later when things are more settled.

If you would like to continue using social media platforms or communication apps from your home country to stay in touch with family and friends, you may also need a VPN service in order to access certain platforms normally. These services are usually provided by third-party companies and may involve additional costs. You are welcome to arrange this before departure yourself, or we can assist with the basic setup after arrival if needed.

During the trip itself, both our directly managed accommodations and most hotels normally provide WiFi access, so internet use indoors is generally not a concern. While traveling outside during the day, we also provide portable WiFi to help ensure you remain connected throughout your journey.

For phone calls and SMS services, if you would like to continue using your own phone number for verification codes or emergency contact purposes, we usually recommend enabling a basic international roaming plan with your home carrier before departure.

As for whether you need a local Chinese SIM card, that mostly depends on your own need. For most short-term travelers, portable WiFi together with international roaming is usually enough to cover normal communication and internet needs throughout the trip.

Itinerary Arrangements

Under our fully customized travel model, there is no fixed itinerary or pre-planned route in the traditional sense. Unlike standard group tours, this style of travel is built around flexibility and personal freedom, so there is usually no need to plan every detail in advance.

During the initial communication stage, we generally only ask about some basic information, such as the type of experiences you are interested in, your expected length of stay, and your preferred travel pace. This mainly helps us recommend a more suitable arrival city and also allows you to prepare appropriate clothing and luggage for the regions and seasons you may visit.

Beyond that, the trip itself does not follow a fixed structure. Wherever you would like to go, we arrange accordingly based on your ideas and preferences. If you decide to adjust your plans during the trip, change destinations, add stops, or alter your route along the way, we can usually coordinate those changes flexibly depending on the actual situation.

The places you visit, the order of travel, the amount of time you spend in each location, and the overall daily pace are all primarily based on your own preferences rather than a standardized group schedule.

If you already have specific places in mind, we will arrange the trip around your plans. If you are still unsure where you would like to go, that is completely fine as well. We can organize recommendations for the arrival city and nearby regions, including popular attractions, local experiences, and different types of activities, so you can choose freely based on your own interests.

Under this travel mode, our role is less about leading a fixed tour and more about helping coordinate the different parts of the journey along the way. This includes day-to-day travel support, assistance with transportation and accommodation arrangements, help with practical travel processes, and coordination of various local resources throughout the trip.

The overall goal is to keep the trip as flexible and relaxed as possible while still making the travel experience smoother and easier for you.

Meal Arrangements

Under our fully customized travel model, meal arrangements are also kept flexible rather than following a fixed group schedule. Since the itinerary itself may change from day to day, dining locations, meal times, and food choices are usually adjusted naturally based on the day's plans and your personal preferences.

In most cases, the main thing that can be planned in advance is the general daily food budget. Based on your budget, location, and travel schedule, we will do our best to introduce you to local specialties, regional dishes, popular restaurants, and different kinds of food experiences along the way. From there, the final choice is always yours.

Overall, our role is more about offering suggestions, local recommendations, and practical assistance rather than arranging fixed set meals. You are free to decide what you would like to eat based on your own taste, comfort level, interests, and daily mood during the trip.

If you have any food allergies, dietary restrictions, religious dietary requirements, special eating habits, or food restrictions related to medication, it is very important to let us know in advance. This helps us avoid unnecessary inconvenience and recommend more suitable dining options throughout the journey.

You are also welcome to tell us about your personal taste preferences, whether you enjoy spicy food, prefer lighter flavors, avoid certain ingredients, or are especially interested in trying local specialties. We will do our best to make your food experience more comfortable and enjoyable based on your own preferences and travel style.

Return Arrangements

As your trip comes to an end, and if time and circumstances allow, we will usually try to arrange a simple farewell gathering to give the journey a relaxed and comfortable ending.

The format is not fixed. Sometimes it may be a casual dinner together, sometimes a barbecue, a small gathering, or even a home-style meal prepared by our staff. The atmosphere is usually informal and easygoing, more like a farewell between friends rather than a formal travel arrangement. Specific plans may vary depending on the schedule, group size, and actual situation at the time.

On your departure day, if you have chosen our airport transfer service, we will arrange transportation to the airport according to your flight schedule.

If you did not choose airport transfer service, we will still do our best to assist where needed. This may include helping you arrange a taxi or ride-hailing service, or explaining how to reach the airport by metro or other public transportation if available.

Overall, we try to make the final part of the journey as smooth and relaxed as possible so that your trip can come to a comfortable close.

Souvenirs Shipping Assistance

During your trip, you may purchase souvenirs, local products, or other items you would like to bring home. For situations where carrying everything with you may not be convenient, we also provide basic shipping assistance.

If you only purchase a small number of items, we usually recommend bringing them back with your checked luggage, as this is often the simplest and most convenient option.

If you buy larger quantities, oversized items, or anything that may be difficult to carry during your return trip, you may also choose to use our paid shipping assistance service. Depending on the type of items, quantity, and destination, we will do our best to help arrange a suitable shipping method.

That said, please note that certain items restricted by customs regulations, international shipping rules, or prohibited transport policies cannot be shipped through our assistance service. Whether an item can be shipped usually depends on the regulations of the destination country or region as well as the requirements of the shipping provider.

If you are unsure whether certain items are suitable for shipping, you are always welcome to ask us in advance, and we will do our best to provide guidance based on the situation.

Final Notes

Fully customized travel model is designed for travelers who value flexibility, personal freedom, and a more relaxed way of experiencing China. Rather than following fixed schedules or standardized tour routes, this mode allows you to travel at your own pace and shape the journey around your own interests, ideas, and comfort level.

At the same time, we also understand that truly flexible travel can sometimes feel uncertain or overwhelming in an unfamiliar country. Language barriers, transportation, accommodation coordination, payments, internet access, and everyday travel logistics can all become part of the experience. Our role is not to control your trip, but to help make these practical parts easier and smoother while still leaving the decisions in your hands.

Whether you already have a very clear travel plan or only a general idea of what you would like to experience, we can help you better understand whether this style of travel suits your expectations, budget, travel habits, and overall preferences.

If you are interested in our fully customized travel mode, you are always welcome to contact us in advance. Based on your ideas and actual needs, we will do our best to provide suitable suggestions and practical arrangement references for your trip.

If there is anything about this travel mode that feels unclear, you are also very welcome to ask questions at any time. This includes the service process, arrangement style, practical details, or even areas where you feel improvements could still be made. We are always open to listening and discussing these things seriously.

For clients who have already traveled with us under this mode, we also genuinely appreciate experience sharing and feedback. Whether it is thoughts about the journey itself, difficulties encountered during the trip, or details you believe could be improved, all of it helps us continue refining and improving the overall experience over time.

As the service gradually develops, we hope to make the fully customized travel model more mature, smoother, and more comfortable for future travelers as well.

In addition, returning clients and those who recommend new travelers to us may also receive exclusive discounts or special offers from us as a small thank-you for their continued trust and support.
